4 Ways to Make Youth Soccer Better from Tony DiCicco and SoccerPlus Camps (via Tom Shields and Beyond Pulse)

Tom Shields and I share a common history as staff members/directors for Tony DiCicco's SoccerPlus Camps.  While Tom and I didn't meet there, or even work together at the same time, the inspiration we each feel from our time working for Tony and his camps is quite evidenced here.

In this conversation - kicking off a free week of webinars from Beyond Pulse to support coaches while they have some time off from the fields during the COVID-19 happenings - we break down our time with SoccerPlus Camps into 4 key discussion points.  They are key things Tony did when it came to building the SoccerPlus culture that we can learn from and apply to our youth soccer landscape today to Make Youth Soccer Better:

1. Catch them Being Good

2.  It's Always About the Player

3.  It's Not Supposed to Be Easy

4.  Relationships Matter
