Anthony DiCiccio

Key Partner manager

Originally from Wethersfield, Connecticut, for the past several years Anthony has resided in Park City, Utah where he currently serves as the Head Coach of the Park City High School boys’ and girls’ varsity teams and as a Staff Coach and the College Advisory Program Director with Park City Soccer Club. Anthony believes in the mission of empowering parents because of the benefits he has and continues to see first-hand that come with having engaged and educated parents. Formerly the CEO of the SoccerPlus companies, Director of Soccer for AstroTurf and as collegiate and U20 World Cup Team Assistant Coach with Papua New Guinea in 2016, Anthony has worked in many facets of the game around the country and around the world. In addition to holding his USSF "C" License, he is also a Licensed US Soccer Grassroots Referee. At Soccer Parenting, he is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with leagues, State Associations, NGB's, and our various strategic partners.

Sarah Dwyer Shick

In 15 years in intercollegiate coaching, Sarah coached at each of the three NCAA divisions and spent three years as an assistant with the Dutchess Community College NJCAA men's program. Sarah spent nine years with U.S. Youth Soccer's Olympic Development Program in Eastern N.Y., serving as Director of the Girls North ODP program for five. She is also the founder of The Sports Bra Project, a nonprofit that works to increase access to sports by providing sports bras to girls and women in areas where they are not easily accessible.  At Soccer Parenting, Sarah is responsible for supporting our Club Members, engaging our Youth Coach Advisory Group, and acts as the liaison to our Advisory Board.

Skye Eddy

Skye is the founder of the Soccer Parenting Association with a mission of inspiring players by empowering parents. Skye is a sought after speaker for parents, coaches, clubs and players. A former professional player, Skye was a collegiate and youth All-American goalkeeper, Defensive MVP of the Final Four (1993) and State Champion track athlete. Skye has coached extensively in the youth and collegiate games. A MBA graduate of the University of Richmond, Skye has earned her USSF "B" License, the USSF National Goalkeeper License, the USSF Grassroots Instructors License, and is a sought after Coach & Parent Educator and Club Consultant.

Elaine Hamilton

Soccer parenting administrative assistant

Although Elaine is an avid sports fan, soccer is the one sport her boys did not play growing up. Being surrounded by such passionate soccer advocates has definitely piqued her interest in this amazing sport! Through the years, Elaine has been an elementary teacher, scrapbooking consultant, law firm office manager, stay-at-home mom, PTA president, and real estate transaction coordinator. At Soccer Parenting, Elaine works behind the scenes coordinating the production of the weekly newsletter, updating club logos on the website, and other organizational tasks to support the Soccer Parenting and The Sideline Project mission.

Kahlil Lam

CLUB OPERATIONS manager

Kahlil grew up in Silver Spring, MD and after graduating with a degree in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University, he started coaching and worked toward his current D-License and has coached for many years with youth clubs within the Washington, DC Metro Area; including Player Progression Academy (PPA), Potomac Soccer Association and Brit-Am Soccer Academy. Kahlil is currently working at the Bullis School in Potomac, MD as the Auxiliary Programs Manager. Kahlil is excited to continue to work advancing the mission of Soccer Parenting. At Soccer Parenting, Kahlil is responsible for supporting our Club Members and new business development.

Jenn Ruggeri

With 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives and as President of the PTO at her children’s school, Jenn brings a strong sense of organization, strategic planning, and an important awareness of the value of collaborative relationship building across stakeholders to the team at Soccer Parenting. As a former collegiate athlete (Basketball) Jenn understands the important role sports plays in the lives of players and their families and she brings a unique perspective to our organization as team parent to her children’s teams.

Kelley Schmidt

director of club operations & Community manager

Kelley grew up in Northboro, MA and played collegiately at Old Dominion University and then for the U.S.W.I.S.L. Hampton Roads Piranhas. She was the Head Coach at Division III Fitchburg State College (2004-2005) and then the Assistant Coach at the University of Richmond (2005-2007). She coached for many years in the youth game, has her D license, and is thrilled to be back in the game with Soccer Parenting after taking some time off to raise her children.  At Soccer Parenting, Kelley is responsible for supporting our Club Members and growing our online communities.

Alyssa Wichmann

growth MANAGER

Alyssa grew up in South Dakota in a big sports family. She played basketball and soccer through college until graduating from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a degree in psychology. Alyssa and her husband, Todd, have four children who are all soccer players. Sports have played an important role in their family. Alyssa has been promoting youth sports for many years through coaching and volunteering prior to joining Soccer Parenting.
