Anthony DiCicco

Anthony DiCicco began his professional career in soccer nearly 20 years ago and has served in a variety of capacities for a number of different organizations. Most recently he spent the past 5 years as the Director of Soccer for AstroTurf. His role with the synthetic turf company allowed him to continue some coaching including stints in 2016 with the UCLA Women as an interim Goalkeeper Coach and as an Assistant Coach for Papua New Guinea in the U20 Women’s World Cup.

DiCicco has spent the majority of his professional career working as a Coach, Director and ultimately the CEO of the SoccerPlus Companies. Founded by Tony DiCicco, former US Women’s National Team Coach in 1982, SoccerPlus and Tony DiCicco have had a significant and lasting impacts on every level of soccer in the United States.

At SoccerPlus and under the mentorship of Tony, Anthony oversaw all aspects of the four companies: camps — SoccerPlus Goalkeeper School & FieldPlayer Academy, the youth club — including entering the ECNL as a Founding Club, SoccerPlus FC — club consultancy and Coaching Education company and the SoccerPlus Education Center, a 501(c)3 dedicated to “enriching lives through soccer and education.”

He currently resides in Los Angeles and has been an Arsenal supporter since 1996.
