The Physical Development of Young Athletes: What Every Parent Should Know

WHEN:  THURSDAY, JUNE 11 AT 12 PM EST

Join Paul Bower, expert Physical Performance Coach (currently working in the MLS), for an hour-long discussion geared towards supporting parents (and coaches) of youth athletes on the physical side of the game.

We will touch on many topics including:

  • How much sport is too much for young athletes?
  • When should athletes begin strength training
  • What good athletic development actually looks like.
  • Why size and speed can be misleading indicators of future success.
  • Sleep, recovery, nutrition and movement quality.
  • What future elite athletes have in common
  • The role parents play in athlete development.

and much more.  Bring your questions and join us live!
