Ian Barker on Considerations for Youth Development Models In Such a Large Country

Ian Barker is the Director of Coaching Education for the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.  Ian was my guest on the SoccerParentResourceCenter.com monthly webinar where he and I discussed many topics over the course of the hour – one being youth development in the United States.  This is a 4 minute clip of the webinar where we are discussing special considerations for youth development in a country as large as the United States.  We can’t model our youth development process after other countries because the United States is uniquely so large from a geography and population standpoint.

Enjoy!  If you’d like to watch the rest of the webinar, or have access to all the additional information geared towards youth soccer parents, consider a membership to the SoccerParentResourceCenter.com.
