I was planning to listen to the Parent Engagement for Coaches course in the background as I worked, but I have to say that I actually focused my attention on it quickly because it was so good.  I think it's a tremendous help for all coaches -- not just beginners. It's really very good…  It's so connected to a lot of what we experience as issues currently.  

The intentional actions to bring in parents to belong to the community, so that the "right, level-headed" parents influence the culture with set boundaries to drown out the "irrational few". Excellent point, it really gives control back to the organization by having a plan and intent by actions. Loved it
