Within that umbrella, he has examined the role of recreational sport in creating a sense of community, parent and fan behavior in sport, best practices in coaching and youth development, and best practices for sport volunteers. He has worked with numerous sport and youth development organizations including Soccer Parenting Association, Positive Coaching Alliance, the Utah Jazz, Boys & Girls Clubs, local parks and recreation departments and more.
