From 2012-2015, Peter served as the Senior Director of Competitive Analysis, Research & Innovation with the United States Olympic Committee and led the development of world-class programs to support data-driven sport performance, planning, and resource allocation decisions. In less than two years, Vint and his team developed comprehensive data collection, analysis, tracking, and reporting systems to establish, monitor, and predict athlete and team performance trajectories and medal winning probabilities for more than 100,000 international, senior elite athletes and teams competing in over 400 Summer and Winter Olympic events.
As USOC High Performance Director between 2009-2012, Dr. Vint led a team of sport science and medical professionals in support of five National Governing Bodies, including USA Track and Field and USA Swimming, which won 64 medals during the London Olympic Games.
